Design Build:

    • Long lead items can be identified and ordered before construction to keep you on target
    • Owner is the single point of contact for Design and Construction
    • Contractor is the single point of responsibility

Design Guidance:

    • At no cost, our in-house designer can coordinate the finishes with old/new furniture, etc.
    • We supply design boards with the final finishes selections to assist in plan presentation, new purchases, signage, and art for your new office.
