We will make sure you understand your drawings completely working hand in hand with your architect, provide a detailed project schedule coordinating all vendors and suppliers, inspecting the work of all contractors we have hired, providing a detailed punch list and supervising the final move in.

Budget Preparation:

  • Solicit competitive bids on all scopes of your project
  • Includes construction, plumbing, HVAC, sprinklers, and specialty items
  • Make recommendations for the best fit for your project
  • Formalize and present the budget for approval

Value Engineering:

  • Identify the main elements of a product and analyze its function
  • Assess products and alternatives best for the success of your project
  • We get what works best for your specific situation after years of testing product durability
